1. Eat a serving of Kellogg’s Special K, Special K Red Berries or Special K Vanilla Almond cereal with 2/3 cup skim milk and fruit for two meals a day.
2. Eat your third meal as you normally do.
3. For snacks, the Special K diet allows fresh fruits and vegetables or a Special K Bar, and consume beverages as you normally do.

Physical activity is a vital component of the Special K Diet (and any successful weight loss program). In addition it contributes to your physical well-being and a positive emotional state of mind. Therefore trying to incorporate at least 30 minutes of physical activity into your day is very important.

But the exercise you choose as part of the Special K diet does not have to be strenuous to be beneficial. Studies have shown that short sessions of exercise several times a day are just as effective in burning calories and improving health as one long session.
